Good morning everyone. Cc I was wondering how those ciao carb things are, have you tried them before? I hear you regarding cooking large quantities and having to freeze them. I put them into 1 cup containers for work, use them up that way. Work today, walking at lunch for exercise.

B - gnc protein shake strawberry
s - decaf coffee, plain greek yogurt with watermelon
l - cucumber and cheese string
s - decaf coffee, almonds, 1/2 simply bar if hungry on the bus
d - sf fruit punch, later...blue menu meatballs with tomato sauce, parmesan petals, cucumber slices
s - pork rinds or leftover meatballs
all water and vits, have a good one!
Zizzler I liked the Ciao Carb chocolate covered orange cookie. It is a little drier that cookies with a lot of fat, but it had good flavour. Something different and it has protein.

Good Morning Everyone! My hubby finally went back to work today from being sick. A quiet peaceful day for me, puttering around the house. Love me some alone time.
B- source vanilla yogurt
L- 1 cup garden salad, with 3oz white chicken breast chopped on top, 2tbsp dressing
D- half orange pepper stuffed with 3oz taco chicken, little cheese melted on top.
S- syntrax fuzzy naval shake, skinny bites minis, nsa pickles, any leftovers from meals.
myfitnesspal totals: calories 577, carbs 21, fat 13, protein 86.

Morning everyone,
Off to the grind today. .. should be a busy one at work. Ttc is a disaster this morning so I am going to be late. GRRR. No streetcars are running along queen street and they haven't yet replaced with busses. Grant me patience!
I haven't decided about going to the TWH group this eve, the topic doesn't seem too interesting. Will any of you be there?

I am no different, already I am at 8000 steps and my day has yet to officially "start". I am preparing a presentation for my AGM this evening, then heading to the hospital for my one month, then to job #2 for a few hours (other side of the city), then back to job #1 for the AGM at 7pm. I truly hope it doesn't go too late.
