I think it works out to be pretty similar in cost.. maybe I'll stop being a premier protein fangirl and try the total lean. Thanks for the info :)

Costco isn't convenient for me so tried GNC and liked them so much better.  I have a GNC Gold Card, think it's $15 for 2 or 3 years and then you get discounts on things.  The price I quoted is with the Gold Card so they may be a bit more if you don't have one.  Well worth the $15 to me. I'm not a protein bar person but GNC has tons of protein bars as well.

the cost comparison isn't the factor for me  the grams of protein and grams of sugar is what keeps me with Premier Protein.  The plus side is they did reformulate the PP and it's not thick like some people remember it.

There isn't much difference between the 2.  GNC has 10 calories more and 25 grams vs 30 grams of protein.  Not enough for me to make a difference plus I hate Premier.  5 extra grams is easy to get in elsewhere in my day.

I was a total Premier fan for years. The discovery (huge thanks to people here!) of the GNC Total Lean shakes has completely renewed my enjoyment of shakes. I still drink Premier (both chocolate and vanilla) but it is such a treat to mingle in some banana and strawberry to break the monotony.

$1.67 for GNC and $1.77 for Premier, when GNC is on sale, which is often, it's $1.25

Just to add to your note for those who don't know.....gnc shake is 414ml. ------- Premier 325ml

So you are getting better value, flavour choice,  convenience and volume with the GNC !!
