What are you eating/doing today? (Tuesday)

Just do a search on drop-in yoga on the AGO website.  I would love to go on a Thursday, but it doesn't start until 8:00pm, which is 2 and a half hours after the gallery closes and I'm not sure what I would do for 2 and a half hours in the area.  I think next time I'll go to the Sunday yoga session.  That way I get yoga and get to see the art, plus parking is free on the street until 1:00pm.

Good Morning Everyone,

Not doing much today, just stuff around the house, maybe the yard.  A question.. when you have yogurt and a protein for breakfast, do you eat the protein first or the yogurt.  I know yogurt is more of a slider food, so is it better to put it in your pouch before the protein?  What say you all?

B- lemon greek source yogurt (not a fan), skinny bites minis

L- half orange pepper stuffed with shredded taco chicken, 5gr havarti inferno melted on top.  Had to have these again, so good.

D- same as lunch

S- syntrax cappucino latte with 2tbsp carnation powdered milk mixed in. (like the cappucino much better with the milk powder, I was making it with water, kinda yucky)

myfitnesspal totals: calories 579, carbs 24, fat 13, protein 83.

Hope everyone has a great day, bye for now

G'day everyone.  Cc your dinner sound really good, going to have to try that combo.  And yoga sounds amazing, what king of yoga do they do?  They cancelled the weekend yoga class I was taking Saturday mornings, boo!  Working my boss's' shift because he has a kid and uses it as his get out of work card for any occasion really.  He has one kid and his wife is a stay at home mom, such bs.  But here I am covering it anyways, like a tool.  Ok enough whining, it's a sunny day out and I am lucky to have a job.  Karen I feel your work pain sister!

Zizzler it was a modified flow class, with guided meditation.  Really enjoyed the instructor, but what I enjoyed most of all was doing yoga in that amazing space.  Go on the AGO site and search drop-in yoga and you will see the room where we did the yoga class.

Zizzler I'm pretty sure that Low Carb Grocery ships for free on orders over $100.  Yesterday I picked up some of their Quantum Cappuccino protein icecream which they won't ship for obvious reasons.  It was a little soft when I got it home (travelled with a cooler and ice packs) but it was fine after I put it in the freezer.
