What are you eating/doing today? (Tuesday)
Good morning everyone. Sorry I was MIA yesterday, I went to Toronto. Yesterday was a fun day, I made a stop into the Low Carb Grocery and picked up a few things, had an amazing foot massage, a little detour to Unionville, and finished off the day with a drop-in yoga session at the Art Gallery of Ontario. It is surreal to walk through the gallery on a Monday when it's closed, it's half lit and you're walking past masterpieces. Sort of like that movie Night At the Museum. The yoga class was held in the Galleria Italia which is an amazingly beautiful space.
Today I will mostly be gardening, cleaning up around the house, and hopefully having an early night.

I have to do 3 weeks of opti. I dont do coffee though, cant stand the taste lol i used to work at tim hortons i blame it on that lol
OMG, I know exactly how that is - I worked a VERY short stint (like 2 months part-time) at Second Cup when I was 17 and even to this day, almost 30 years later (omg, 30?! wtf?!) my stomach lurches and I start gagging when I smell "flavoured coffee". LOL
Good luck on Opti for day 1. :)

Good morning! Only hit snooze once this am so I am not in such a rush to post before 7:15. menus look so good this morning, I might have to make some meatballs and souvlaki! Not much planned for today aside from work. Still trying to catch up on my sleep after an amazing girls weekend at the cottage! My ribs are sore from laughing!

Karen they have drop-in yoga on Monday and Thursday nights in Galleria Italia when the AGO is closed, and on Sunday morning in the Weston Family Learning Centre when the AGO is open. You do not have to be an AGO member, but there is a cost savings if you are.
