Good morning everyone.  Birdirgirl I adore tomato sandwiches, especially with fresh tomatoes from the garden, amazing.  Its another rainy day today so I will be hibernating this morning, this afternoon I have to go to work unfortunately.  Might hit the gym before work, have not gone in a week since I got sick, so I feel the need to release some energy.  Going to try to re-make my pork roast into a mushroom stew of sorts, see if that appeals more so I can get it eaten.

Good morning everyone.  Went out last night with DH to listen to live music and came home to watch some TV so I decided to sleep in this morning.  Zizzler sorry that you have to work today.  I hear you about the pork, since surgery I almost have to talk myself into eating pork which wasn't the case before.  No problem with pork bacon though.

Today it's laundry, more clothes sorting, and an easy day.

B. Large decaf coffee

S. Scrambled egg low carb wrap with some fresh pico de gallo

L. Large decaf and the leftovers from the egg wrap

S. Another large decaf and a source Greek yogurt

D. Ribeye steak and Greek salad

S. Going to try a protein pancake mix that I bought a while ago (white chocolate) and make a pancake with some NSA jam.  I find that I am at my hungriest in the evenings and maybe this will fill satisfy.

Have a great day everyone.

Morning all. Oh this is the perfect weather for a lay in. I wish i could sleep some more but, it seems as though my body is used to getting up early. I ache all over and tylenol did the trick yesterday after work. I'll be going to the mall today to get myself a birthday present. Maybe an outfit or shoes. I love shopping, especially now that i'm not limited to lane Bryant/Pennington's etc . I also need more coffee sweeteners. I buy the ones from winners/marshalls. Jordan's skinny i thing they are call, cheaper than Torani for sure.
