 What Is the best greek yogurt? Low fat low sugar? Also. What did you find most tolerable for the 2 weeks post op?

SOURCE Greek is the only one I will buy.   There are tons out there...but they tend to be soooo high in sugar.  Read the labels....#of sugar g's vary depending on the flavour,  but there are a few 5g or less.

I also found these no problem ( in small quantities ) newly post op.  I  it and I also  it has 8g of protein!!

Agreed on the Source Greek - it's pretty awesome with nice flavours. Other than that, the only other Greek yogurt I buy is the Liberte plain. I like to make my own sugar free cranberries and mix it in.

I use the plain liberty yogurt and add in a few drops of sugar free flavor.

Source Greek is my favourite!  I like the vanilla/choc, but really all the flavours are good.

I agree about Liberte, I buy the non flavoured and add my own berries to it and a little sweetener.
