Hope you enjoyed your lazy morning. Between school and work these days, i seem to have no down time. I hope to find some soon once everything settles down. Glad you realized what caused your weight gain and you can deal with the issues as they arise.

Afternoon all. Am at school and today i took my mac in for Writ class, arrow. Who knew i still needed helping in english writing. Hope everyone else is well.

B - 1 boiled egg, half a peach

L - 3oz burger patty no bun with all the fixings

S - 1/4 cup edamame, 1 boiled egg

D - 3oz grilled veal, 1/2 cup broccoli

S - 3oz tilapia, have to finish this, going bad fast

Totals: 972 cals, 33 carbs, 48 fats, 102 protein(wow just a few months ago, i got barely  get in 40)

S - 10 grapes

L - Broccoli Soup, 1/2 greek yogurt cup

S - light cheese wedge, apple

D - Chicken Thigh, Mixed steamed veggies

I worked from home today and I think I could have eaten my entire fridge if I had let myself.  

5 weeks post op

13000 steps

B-egg, cheese, thinly sliced chorizo

S-apple pie greek yogurt, tsp of all natural pb

L-4 meat balls and tzatziki

S-premier protein and coffee, baby bell

D-mashed potatos, 1/3 chicken breast

S-half a quest bar

I have my first yoga class since surgery tomorrow, it's a very gentle class, and I cannot wait to uncrunch my body
