BRRRRR
so..I am only on day 2 of opti..half way through the day..and I feel like cause I am drinking so much water, and so much ice..I just cant seem to get warm I guess this is a good way to get used to when i have no insulation to keep me warm...guess i better invest in a heat blanket...and some mitts for my desk...my hands are freezing as i type this
The first 6 months I was always cold until I bought a thermal T shirt and thermal leggings that I wore under my clothes. Furry socks to bed and polar fleece PJ's also help.
CENTURY CLUB MEMBER at 6 months post-op.

try making a Opti Hot chocolate instead of cold warm you right up. I drank all my opti in hot chocolate style. it can't be hard boiling water but the temp that comes from A Keurig coffee maker works. I was given a Opti recipe hand out from the hospital I had my surgery at (TWH) and hot chocolate opti was one of the recipes. I still put it through the bullet to blend creamy..... all I can say is yummmmmmm
I hear ya Im sitting here at work in a sweater, at home my fiance has the air conditioning on and I am wrapped up in a sleeping bag lol
