Tuesday night check in on what did you eat today
Barb - if this is what you actually ate - and also what you ate the other days you post - you should be losing weight quickly
Today - I figure you have 991 calories - 132 carbs and 78 grams of protein - so not terrible - just not the best re stats in my opinion. I understand you need your carbs for running - however something is wrong here if you are not losing on what you list. If this is not working for you - and you have indicated you really want to lose some regain - then why not shake it up?
Ditch the afternoon fruit and add some more chicken. Almost sounds like your exercise habits are not good for your health. I just don't get this - your menu's with so little food and you indicating you are not losing the weight you want to. something just isn't right
