Monday night check in on what did you eat today

Well yesterday was suppose to be my 100k ride but only did 60k. i was cold, wet and could not feel my feet and sick. i am proud that i did 60 just over 3 hours. there is always another ride to do the 100. I am still pretty sick but had to work today

banana, protein shake

l portein bar 

s plum

d tomato soup

did a very light work out in the gym while i was waiting to get to my next client. 

bed will be at 8. running a fever and sore throat. need the rest. I have a light run tomorrow that needs to get done

B Greek yogurt and protein cereal

S turkey pepperette and piece of Melba with peanut butter

Lsmothered Cajun chicken couple bites of garlic toast and a few fries

D was half a chicken breast with bruschetta and cheese melted on top cucumbers slice of tomatoe radish and green onion

Cajun chicken sounds so good. Is it real hot. I am finding I can not handle hot and spicy stuff.

I didn't find it hot at all. It was really good.
