Monday night check in on what did you eat today
Well yesterday was suppose to be my 100k ride but only did 60k. i was cold, wet and could not feel my feet and sick. i am proud that i did 60 just over 3 hours. there is always another ride to do the 100. I am still pretty sick but had to work today

did a very light work out in the gym while i was waiting to get to my next client.
bed will be at 8. running a fever and sore throat. need the rest. I have a light run tomorrow that needs to get done
