Morning
Up since 3 - no complaints though as I have slept well for almost a week. Hopefully this is just a one night problem and not the beginning of another round of insomnia.
Taking a day off packing and moving furniture around and heading into Toronto to meet a friend for lunch.
STEPS - 10,218
EATS
B - 2 large mugs of coffee
Premier protein shake
S - 1 oz hard parmesan
L - Warm spinach and chicken salad
D - 5 oz grilled swordfish with olive/caper and hot pepper tanpenade
few asparagus spears
S - Jello pudding with squirt of topping
MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are: Calories - 1,055, Carbs - 59 Grams, Fat - 48 Grams, Protein - 97 Grams
All water and vits

Off to work for another fun-filled day, have an errand to run after, home for dinner and studying :/ Hopefully and early-ish night too, I was up too late last nigh****ching Fear the Walking Dead (and then being the geek that I am, re-watching the episode). LOL

S - Source Greek (peach - so yummy), a few green grapes
L - crustless quiche, a few shots of Frank's, topped with parm petals and nuked 'til melty
S - ham/cheese/pickle roll-up (2) with horseradish-Dijon mustard for dipping
D - 4 oz leftover BBQ steak made into Asian beef-and-broccoli-and mushrooms
S - likely just coffee w/ cream

Good morning all! Seems to be a pattern as of late but I am rushing to post before heading off to work- I really should only hit my snooze button once in the am!

l- 2 oz chicken with salsa; 1/2 greek salad- hold the olives!
s- Apple pie source yogurt
d- 3 oz chicken, 1/2 cup green beans

Good morning. The pork carrot mushroom stew is good, I ended up freezing half of the roast, no way I could eat it in time. Nice with some coleslaw. Ugh work and the bus is so full I will definitely be late. In A few months it will be better but right now it sucks.

Hope everyone has a good Monday, today is my Friday.
Grapes that taste like Cotton Candy scare me....lol
I did a lot of cooking over the weekend, soups, chili, and stew for the freezer. Its getting to be that time of year!

As I was leaving home this morning I kept thinking I was forgetting something. As I did my menu I realised it was take something out of the freezer for dinner. My DH drove to work today. I think I will call him to bring something home. So I have not put dinner but it might just be a roast chicken.
Swimming today. Home tonight.
