Saturday night check in what did you eat
I feel like that is all I did today is eat and eat. Lots of carbs getting ready for the 100k bike ride tomorrow.
Breakfast 3 very small pancakes
s granola bar
lunch foot long hot dog. had almost half of the hot dog and part of the bun rest went to my very lucky dog
s some peanuts
dinner home made meat ball sub. was 12 inches but half went to my husband so really only 6 inches and ate half of that and the rest to my husband.
don't think i will have a snack i am to full.
tomorrow will be eating very light. can never eat much after a long work out and that is how i am treating the bike ride just a work out

You pushed yourself to your current limits. No one could ask for more. Good for you. It will only get better. I'm very impressed.

3 weeks out this Tuesday (RNY). Sunday I finally ate 5 times. I've been having trouble getting it all in. Not feeling hunger is a blessing and a curse.
B - Yogurt w/ 1tbsp of protein powder (ups the protein to 9g) I'm currently eating Source yogurt, not the greek though. No good flavours at the store this trip (4g of sugar)
S - 3 Large Shrimp w/ 1 tbls of seafood sauce (first time trying shrimp, no bad effects, yay!)
L - Half a can of Blue Menu flaked Chicken mixed with PC Greek Yogurt dip (dill/lemon dip) This dip has change my life. So flipping good. 3 Melba Toasts as well
D - Slice of deli Turkey and slice of deli lean Ham. 2 tsps of dip noted above. 1 Laughing cow. 7 rice crackers, not on my list for puree but I chewed them up good and the stats are better than the melba toast. (did not finish the turkey, dip or laughing cow. Probably about 2 bites left)
S - PP choco mixed with SF caramel. I used a milk frother to mix it all together, so yum.
I can't believe I ate all of this!
Today I'm making a chicken dish in the crockpot. Kind of excited to cook something real!
