RNY  6 years 5 Months Post Op

Morning

OK - cant believe I am first on this again - is it the dark mornings?  I don't remember the last time I slept in until almost 7:30.

More moving stuff today - out to dinner this evening which I am really looking forward to.

STEPS - 9002

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of coffee

     Premier protein shake

 

L - Bagel with cream cheese - Yeah I know

 

S - 4 Lean Italian meatballs

 

D - 5 oz beef tenderloin

     few bites of green veg

     one hard dinner roll with 1 pat of butter

     glass of merlot

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 1,495,  Carbs - 98 Grams,  Fat - 60 Grams,  Protein - 91 Grams

 

All water and vits

Morning Barb. We are the only to beat the temptation of staying in our cozy beds in this cool weather. Well I have to go to work, that's why i'm up early, boo to bills, lol.

22 months post op

B - 2 scrambled egg with cheese

L - grilled cheese sandwich, 1/3 cup salad

S - 2 slices deli ham

D - chicken torpedo wrapped in bacon, not sure what veggie yet

S - most probably meat of some sort

Good Morning All! Not doing much today, some laundry, maybe some closet/clothes organizing.

B- source greek vanilla

L- my last stuffed pepper, they were so good.

D- 1 and half cups home made beef soup I made yesterday, will add 1tsp bisto to thicken it a bit, protein cookie.

S- syntrax fuzzy naval shake, pillar skinny bites.

myfitnesspal totals:  calories 591, carbs 28, fat 15, protein 82.

Good morning everyone.  My back is feeling much better so I'm ready to take on the day.  I love the cooler nights because it makes sleeping easier.  Ended up going out last night, so once again more leftovers in the fridge.  I have a feeling that this leftover business will be a lifelong thing, lol.

Judy I am also sorting through clothes to donate, and have even talked DH into donating some of his clothes.  Laundry and cleaning are also on the agenda today.  Not sure but may be going out tonight to the movies, or maybe we are staying home to watch a movie.  DH just said let's watch a movie on Saturday night.

1 year 1 month post op

B. Large decaf coffee, with GNC vanilla protein shake mixed in for creamer

L. Leftover catfish, baked beans

S. Another large decaf

D. Taco beef, pico de gallo, cheese, sauteed peppers, a small amount of LF sour cream

S. The rest of the leftovers I had for lunch.

Good morning, 

We are taking the dog out and then heading to St Lawrence Market today. Nice and low key, just how I like it.

3 months post op

B GNC total lean chocolate shake 

S Decaf coffee with cream 

L 2 turkey pepperettes and cucumber slices

D Salmon 65g and beans

S greek yogurt and blueberries (it's like a race to use up produce before it goes bad now!)

Went to Taste of the Kingsway last night. Felt bad for the businesses with the cold wet weather. Ended up eating in an Indian Restaurant and having great Tandoori. Leftovers will have to wait until Monday. Leaving soon for my sisters cottage. Do not get invited often.They have a lot of family. Too bad the weather is so bad.

G'day everyone. I think it is the shorter days that is making people get up later, I know I feel like hibernating today, supposed to rain all day on top of it all.  Going to be a relaxing do nothing kind of day, it is my only day off this week as I have to work Sunday, boo!  I made a pork roast a few days ago and I have not touched it yet its been sitting in the fridge.  Going to divide it up and freeze it for later, might actually eat some of it too.  Rainy day over here, if I feel like getting out I might go for a yoga class later on, we shall see.  I always feel better if I do yoga.  Still eating that pumpkin bake, btw, it is super filling so I can only eat maybe 3-4 tbsp. at a time.
