Orientation HRRH Aug 18/14, Ist surgeon appt. Dr. Huynh Oct 28/14, Nurse/Dietitian/SW Dec 19/14, Dr. Glazer Mar 9/15, 2nd surgeon visit Dr. Huynh Mar 10/15, Surgery date April 24.
What a fantastic job you have done. You look amazing. The only criticism I have is that the second picture could use a smile, you look beautiful.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
LOL! The pic was a response to my man who wanted a selfie because I was bragging that I fit into one of my daughter's tops (it was the wrong size, a tad too big and she hates it..). I was struggling to hold my huge phone in one hand while hitting the picture button. I was also in the bathroom at my car dealership waiting for an oil change, it was just all sorts of awkward... hence no smiling haha
