I use low fat cream cheese, the bake is really filling, I eat 4 tablespoons and I am full.

Thanks Pat, Unfortunately the news was not what I was hoping for.  The anurism is getting bigger, and the vascular surgeon recommended surgery to repair it.  It won't be done right away, he is booked up, but should be within a couple of months. He said it is not urgent as no blood flow is being restricted.  But, if it was to "pop" again and start bleeding into my leg, it would be emergency surgery.  He is a great doctor, from what I have heard and read, the chief of vascular surgery at Southlake.  He is an older man, and he told me Dr. Hagen was an intern or something, under him at one time.  He is also an associate professer at U of T.  I have complete confidence in him, surgery on arteries can be tricky, and healing in the groin area can be difficult.  So under the knife I will go again this year, anesthetic again, I am sure I am going to go bald.

Good morning Barb. Glad it has cooled off. That should make the move a little easier. I was able to go swimming yesterday. I was glad I made the time. I am biking home tonight. I haven't been biking much this year so hope I do not do myself in.

Out tonight to start of the women's group at church. We did a lot of fundraising to install a new kitchen. It will be nice to see how it is coming.

Just be careful with these type of foods as they feed your sweet tooth.  A very occasional treat is OK - a steady diet of sugar free products can trick your brain into needing more sweets.
