Morning

Helping friends move today.  Not positive what I will be eating for lunch as I really don't carry protein bars anymore and I will be on the go.  Will pack a cooler with some eats in it so I don't get stuck and have plenty of water

STEPS - 6676

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of coffee

    Premier protein shake

S - Hard boiled egg

L - Not sure - but will be protein of some kind  There is an Italian Restaurant close to the move today so they will all likely want to eat lunch there.  I have soup - 3 slices of salami and a green salad in my totals.

S - Pillers Turkey Bites - 1 sausage

D - PC  Blue Menu lean Italian meatballs with 1/2 cup of marinara sauce and 1 TB of parm

    2 cups of kale salad

S - Jello Pudding

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 1,580,  Carbs - 114 Grams,  Fat - 71 Grams,  Protein - 110 Grams

Not crazy about this menu or stats - hopefully there will be some fish on the menu for lunch which will improve my eating day

All water and vits

Have a great one

Mixed pumpkin puree, cream cheese, Sf vanilla pudding mix and pumpkin pie spice. Add enough milk to be able to mix with a blender. I eyeballed the ingredients so I don't have exact measurements.   You can taste the mixture before you put it in the fridge to set and see it needs adjustments.   Yesterday Zizzler posted a link for low carb pumpkin cheesecake.   I didn't want to turn on the oven.

Good morning everyone.  Made sf pumpkin bake last night, omg that stuff tastes just like pumpkin pie to me, so satisfying.  I had a little extra batter so I made a few in my heart shaped silicone baking mold and they turned out really cute.  Bringing three hearts with me to work for snacks today :0). Yes it's corny but it reminds me to be good to myself lol. Anyhoo, I also have a garlic pork roast with carrots in my crockpot cooking while i am at work, I love to come home to a house that smells like cooking food, so comforting.  Singing starts for me tonight, we have a list of new songs, I am looking forward to starting up again.
