Good point re sf stuff, I drink a lot of sf water enhancer too, probably getting more than is ideal.

Just quickly popping in on my lunch break to say hi.

B GNC total lean vanilla

S Regular coffee with cream ... bouncing off the walls!

L 4 leftover shrimp and tomato salad with olive oil and balsamic 

D 1 sausage and tomato sauce 

S 100g greek yogurt and strawberries

Evening all. I post late these days as my days are long and tiring. Stayed on track today so, i'm glad about that. I finally decided to go to the doctors today as the swelling in my legs and feet is not getting better. They are going to do blood work before treating. I was a little upset that when they weighed me though, i had gained 20lbs from when i weighed in 3 wks ago. I know i haven't eaten well some days but, i think it's water weight. No way did i eat enough to gain 20. Hope this resolves soon because my feet and legs look HUGE.

B - 1 scrambled egg with cheese and corned beef

L - tuna salad on half flat out, 4 cucumber slices

S- 1/2oz almonds, 4 grapes, 1oz cheddar

D - 3oz turkey wing no skin, 1/3 cup collard greens, 1/8 cup corn meal

S- 2 slices roast beef, 1/2 cup milk

Totals: 1011 cals, 50 carbs, 55 fat, 94 protein

Hi Nia, sorry to hear about the gain, I know how that can be discouraging.  I would wait until your swelling goes down to get a better idea as to what is happening weight-wise.

Thanks Zizz. I hope the swelling does go soon and it's annoying looking at my puffy feet. Can't even wear my gladiator shoes i bought a few week ago. I know weight wise i was holding below target weight give two to three lbs either way so, i hadn't exactly exactly gained crazy lbs.
