Wed night what did you eat today
Today I went into the gym and did my own strength training. It has been a while since I have done my own program and it felt good. I did a 75 minute bike ride tonight. I left at 6:30 and coming back I could not believe that it was getting dark. Already I am starting to miss the summer. Hate the fact it is getting darker sooner and dark when I wake up.
B banana half hour later protein drink with 1/4 raspberries
snack 2 oz of cheese, plum
l protein bar
s honey crisp apple
dinner less than 1/4 cup of pasta did not eat all of it 3 small meat balls and sauce
s handful of mixed trail
dessert greek yogurt
