TWH discharge from surgery handout
TWH peeps that are on their way to have surgery, or just had it - heads up on something. When I was discharged from TWH on August 6th, I was given an additional handout with the stages listing foods/sample menus etc. We're NOT to use that. Only the information that is in our nutrition binders. For some reason this old handout is still being distributed. Found this out at my 1 month checkup today. :) Good times.

I'm hoping that someone will go and fix the problem of communication. Totally up to you what to do when you get it. I was pretty drugged up when they gave it to me so I'd have taken home a rabid skunk at that point. ;)

Yes, it is available here. This link is the landing page where the PDF lives. It has other documents that you may find useful, depending on your situation. It's a monster of a manual. if you go to the front desk on the East wing of the 4th floor of TWH you can get a printed copy in a three-ring binder for $10. I paid, because I couldn't stand to print that many pages on my slow printer.
