Recent surgery peeps with TWH

Hey all -

I've got my 1 month checkup on Wednesday.  Curious as to what to expect.  Anything I should be bringing with me?

Helena, basically you will see the nurse, she will check your BP, check your incisions, look over a form you filled out about any issues you may be having. After this you will get weighed. They don't care about the number as long as the scale is going down. 

Then you will go to a room and have a one month follow up nutrition class in a group setting. They mostly focus on vitamins, protein and food issues people may have. 

Then the nurse comes back in and goes over basic information about when you should contact the doctor if you are having any issues. 

And you are given a booklet with 7-8 blood work requisitions for future use so you can get blood work done prior to your follow up appointments. 

It it was about 2.5 hours in total :)
