how soon after surgery did your weight start to come off?

im on day 4 and I'm up 4 pounds? I've been really focusing on getting my water in. No sugar, no salt, everything is low fat. I'm fairly active, we go out for walks, play out side.

It's normal. I was up almost 10 lbs after surgery. By one weeks time I started to drop weight. You've also been pumped full of fluids while in hospital.

^^ What she said, it took a week or so. They pump you full of fluids and air and meds. Your body is still healing and will be reluctant to give up stored reserves of energy during this time. Just follow the program.. it DOES work.

Referral - Feb 25th, 2014. Info Session - April 7th
Surgeon#1 - May 15th Dr. Glazer - July 23rd, Dietitian/Social Worker/RN - Aug 1st, Surgeon #2 - Sept 10th, Surgery - Dec 16th, 2014!
