It was a leftover chicken day today...
B- source greek strawberry
L- 3oz chicken breast, 2 mini potatoes, couple bites of corn on the cob (not great the next day) 1tsp butter
D- chicken stir fry with half cup broccoli florets and red peppers, 1 green onion, sauce made with 2tsp chicken bisto
S- cappuccino syntrax, maybe another yogurt.
myfitnesspal totals: calories 579, carbs 30, fat 10, protein 88.
