What are you eating/doing today? (Saturday)
Good morning everyone. My throat is on fire, I was literally crying it was so painful coughing this morning. Anyone have any idea what I can take? All I have here is Tylenol cold and flu, any other ideas, especially re the burning throat? Today will be a day of rest, lots of liquids, watching tv and cuddling with my dogs. What are you up to?

Sorry you are ill. There are sugar free throat lozenges you can buy. I fins they help ease the throat. Hope you feel better soon. Also tea made from fresh ginger and lemon soothes the throat
Off to walk the dog soon. Then just errands to run. I think we are going out to dinner tonight so I have not added this to my menu.
b greek yogurt, granola, raspberries
l chicken soup, yogurt
d ?
Have a good day everyone
So I am off to the EX today. The best way to manage my anxiety about it is to just go and prove to myself I can do it. I'm packing well so that I don't wind up stuck without anything to eat and feel like I have to make a bad choice. Maybe I'll even go on a ride when I'm there!

Z I hope you feel better! There are sf halls you can buy and maybe some warm soup to soothe as well. I know shoppers gas the behind the counter cough medicine mentioned earlier- it will help you sleep as well. Roma have fun at the ex, sounds like you are well prepared for the day! Pat enjoy your walk and evening out! Today is another emotional Saturday. Last week our daughters wedding, this week our son is leaving the nest to start an exciting new career! I am so happy and proud of him but I am going to miss him so much. Can't really plan my menu ahead as we will be eating on the road but I will make good choices and focus on protein with some veggies.
Wishing everyone a fun, happy and safe long weekend! Probably can't post tomorrow as we will be out of province but I will be back on Monday with bells on!!
