Does anyone know of, or go to, a personal trainer that has experience in working with people post WLS? My big date is coming up, and I thought I should meet the training and get a routine now that I can work on through the early days of recovery.

Just dont want to pick someone who claims to be able to do this only to find out they're going to have me lifting heavy weights.

I haven't used one in GTA myself, however i did a google search and this site pulled up for pre / post op.

You can still do light weights, and really any weight pre op. Any good trainer will listen, and research what your limitations are for post op and work out a plan.

Surgeon: Dr Hagen. Start Opti Aug 18th. Surgery Sept 1st 2015
