Premier Protein shake
Did you try it over ice? Really cold seems to make a difference for me. If not, consider going the route of making your own shakes w/ protein powder. If you are with the TWH programme, look in your white binder for recipes. I haven't tried them myself, but was attending 1 month post-op nutrition class yesterday & some spoke highly of those options.
Do you have milk issues? I find I can't drink most protein shakes because of this. I go for the ones that are more like juice. 4EverFit has a line of them that you can look up.
As for regular shakes, I know that some places will give you a sample or let you bring it back if you don't like it. Some times it just takes a bunch of trial and error.

The Premier Protein shakes take some getting used to...but the GNC Lean Shakes are good. I've tried the banana, strawberry, vanilla and chocolate flavours. Chocolate is my least favourite. The vanilla one is good if you add a small spoonful of instant decaf coffee.
Good luck!

Holy Smokes! I've lost 100 pounds from my heaviest weight! Yay me!!!
I like mine with lots of crushed ice. I put it in the magic bullet with ice cubes and it comes out almost like slush. Otherwise, I really don't like the taste! They also changed the formula, it's not made with whey isolate anymore, and I do find the taste is different. The vanilla has no flavour anymore.
I can honestly say the first 6 months I hated hated hated them gagged them back as quick as I could, ( actually gave a couple cases away because I just didn't think I would get them down) then I noticed I was drinking them slower and slower and now I savor every ounce and take almost 30 minutes to sip the damn thing to make it last as long as possible BEST part of my day :)
