What are you eating/doing today (Wednesday)
Happy birthday to you Nia! After a few days of clean eating those cravings will fade away. Might be the stress from the knee surgery and back to school, its a lot all at once. When I am stressed I always feel like soothing with food. I find it helps to buy myself something special that is both yummy and healthy. You could buy something at the low carb grocery for example. That way you feel like you are doing something special but you are still staying on track. If there is a sobeys near you you could buy some moon cheese?
