Good morning Barb!  I hear you about the editing... Yesterday I was having a cranky/ Pom protein drink!  Noticed it too late!  I am digging your taco chicken, I am thinking I need to make some!  Off to work shortly, nothing much planned for tonight except for a walk.

Tofu is awesome in smoothies, if you use the soft kind it's a nice consistency for smoothies. Of course you have to flavour it well, like any smoothie.

G'day everyone.  Had a really nice snack called "moon cheese" yesterday night, I bought it at Sobey's.  5.49 for a bag though, pretty pricey.  Zero carbs 70 calories per serving, though a serving is only 6 pieces and I ate the whole bag so 280 calories. Also bought some tofu shirataki fettuccine "noodles" at Sobey's, going to see how my pouch likes them post op.  Just work and the gym tonight, tomorrow my singing group starts again.

Good morning everyone. Posting from my phone today because of computer issues. Zizzler I love Moon cheese especially the pepper jack ones. I could easily eat the whole bag.

Today I swam, going to do some walking and stairs.  Yesterday I succumbed to the siren song of pumpkin spice loaf. Damn you autumn with your yummy flavours.   I figure if I do 50,000 steps that's good for about half of the slice, lol. Need to break out the pumpkin spice Torani and make lattes at home so I'm less tempted. Also need to make a pumpkin protein shake this afternoon.

Hey CC, I tried the Gouda flavour and it was really good.  Next time I will try the pepper jack, sounds great.  I hear you re pumpkin, I totally want some! If you like pumpkin pie here is a good low carb recipe: http://genaw.com/lowcarb/pumpkin_bake.html
