Good luck with your interview, your thinking going in sounds really healthy to me.  i think its awesome you work at a crisis centre, must feel really rewarding.

Morning all. Glad you're feeling better Karen and poor Andrew, hope he gets well soon. Glad you had fun CC, always nice to have a little break ow and again. Today i start school. I feel like a little kid, lol. It's just orientation today and the real work starts tomorrow. Wish me luck.

B - 2 boiled eggs, coffee

L - 3oz pork shoulder with cucumbers. They will serve lunch but, i'll carry mine just in case

S - cheese string, 1/4 cup grapes.

D - 3oz tilapia, 1/2 cup cabbage

S - protein shake with tofu

Totals: 623 cals, 18 carbs, 35 fat 79 protein. I'll probably add some more food as the totals are a bit low, maybe another boiled egg later. Have a nice one, Nia.

Good morning!  Back at work today, hopefully my cold will stay away.  Did not pack a lunch, not good but I will do my best.  Forgot my Tylenol cold and flu, will be heading to the pharmacy.

1 year post op

b - gnc protein shake chocolate, decaf coffee x 2 over the day

s - smart protein bar

l -  protein and veg of some kind

S - yogurt with almonds 

D - fried pork loin with ginger carrots

s - leftover dinner if hungry

all water and vits, have a good one!

I got up late yesterday but ended up being very productive. Made and canned chili sauce. Made a large batch of chili for the freezer.

Unfortunately our dog has not been feeling well. He woke me from at 4:00am this morning to go outside. I wasn't sleeping well before that so am pretty tired. I think it will be an early night.

Back to reality today. Just work today and then meeting with a new friend tonight. Oh , and lots of stretching as ordered by the physiotherapist.

D same as lunch

Mmmmm pumpkin pie protein shake. I know what I'll be making tomorrow.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
