Sunday night check in on what you ate
Saturday and today have been busy days for me. I did a 4 hour bike ride on Saturday and today 110 minute run. did most of the run in the woods which help keep me a little cool.
B banana, half bagel with peanut butter
run
apple after the run
lunch was homemade chicken salad on 2 crackers with half slice tomato on each one
snack 1/3 c trail mix
dinner 2 oz of roast beef, 1/4 of a small boiled potato, corn on the cob
snack yogurt on a stick 90 calories
