Friday night check in on what you ate today
did a work out class and a yoga class and lots of walking. Went shopping and walked most of the way there before a bus came since the bus only runs once every hour and walked home. than went back out and did more walking.
B banana, protein drink with 1/4 blueberries
s 2 pieces of cheese
l protein bar
s plum
very late dinner pork and beans in tomato sauce 1/3 c and one hot dog. half with bun the rest without the bun
s handful of trail mix
