What are you eating/doing today (Wednesday)
I did stay home, yes. Despite feeling sort of okay first thing this morning, it quickly deteriorated to absolute crap by lunchtime. Went to the walk-in, left lung has an infection in it where the cold settled, got the good drugs and a couple of puffers. Yay.

You know how you let things go and hope that things will (magically) get better on their own - I really need to stop that. LOL
You get better too! xo

Barb, you are such a busy lady! You are doing retirement as it was intended to be done - I love reading what you're doing, where you're going.
Stayed home today to hopefully kick this cold/cough to the curb with some extra rest. By the time I got home last night I had hit rock-bottom with this ****ty cold, today I actually feel better overall, just have to get rid of this gut-wrenching, lung exploding cough. lol Going to spend the day studying when I feel like it, vegging in front of the TV when I don't. ;)

- coffee with cream x 4 over the day -
B - 1/2 GNC Total Lean (Swiss chocolate)
S - muffin-tin crustless quiche, sliced up and topped with a few shots of chipotle tabasco and 1 Tbl. parmesan petals, nuked 'til melty
L - bowl of vegetable soup (I don't have chicken soup in the house, CC, in fact I was lucky to find a can of vegetable as I don't eat a lot of canned soups - homemade is so much nicer!), 3 saltines topped with 2 oz old cheddar

D - 4 meatballs smothered in leftover meat/veggie/tomato sauce, 2 Tbl. parmesan petals

Karen if you lived closer, I would bring you some of my MIL's homemade chicken soup - so freaking good. Mind you I'd place it on the driveway and run as I wouldn't want to catch your cold.
