Tuesday night check in on what did you eat today
Today was a 45 core class and tonight was a 60 minute run with stairs and a 18 minute tempo in there. not counting my walking to clients. Glad today is done
b 20 grams of protein drink with raspberries mixed in it
s plum
lunch premier protein bar
s homemade chicken salad 3 tablespoon
before run one banana
after run peach
d 1.2 grams of chicken and 4 tablespoon of chicken salad 1 1/2 slices of tomato and 2 ryvita crackers. dog ate part of my chicken and chicken saldad.
snack will be 1 baby cookie

Breakfast - Plain Greek Yogurt with SF Tropical Punch koolaide squirt and tbls of plain protein powder
Lunch - Cream of Broccoli soup at Tim Hortons (first time eating out)
Dinner - Left over lunch soup - Added a tbls of Protein powder and put it through the bullet
Snack - Left over Tomato soup from Monday
Didn't have a Protein Shake. hmmm changing that today. One week away from puree and can't wait, so many ideas of what to have. I feel I'm ready now but I'll wait it out.
Glad to hear that you will wait to start the puree. Even though you feel ready it is the inside of you that is not ready. I got in big trouble from my center because I felt so good I cleaned my oven and did other things and I got told to go home and rest. It will not be that much longer and you will be on the puree.
