Monday night check in on what did you eat today
That is what i am using my Myfitnesspal and when I enter what I had ate it showed over 1300. I usually use that to track what I am eating. I have to be so careful on what I eat the day before a run and the day of the run. If not I end up having stomach issues. It is not unusually for some runners to have stomach issues when they run. I can not even eat right after a run or a race. it has been a big challenge to fuel when you are out there doing long runs. It takes me an hour to do one gel where post people can take it in all at once
