What are you eating/doing today (Sunday)
I think you're actually right. I made the soup and eliminated the corn/potatoes, but inputted the recipe into MFP without the change.

Aha, that makes sense. If you are on puree stage maybe you can have chili? It was a favourite of mine at this stage. Here is a recipe for a turkey chili that I like:

I left out the spaghetti and the onions until I was further out, pureed the whole thing in the blender, it was really good.
Your menu looks great, and I don't think it's too carby. Welcome to the thread.

Good morning. I am having a super lazy day. My body is sore from yoga yesterday, our teacher was very, ahem, motivated and it was a real challenge. I was up at 6 am then went back to bed at 9 and got up an hour ago. I would like to visit my father today and get a few more of those mini gala apples from his tree. I have been having 1 a day at work with some almonds and I really like it, reminds me that my dad loves me. Also would like to hit t&t supermarket for some pork rinds and miracle noodles, maybe have some meat and veg there if anything appeals.

Afternoon all. Glad to hear that you're feeling better Tanya, on the other hand, sorry you're feeling crappy Karen. Summer colds are the worst. Get well soon. Welcome Terry and well done for reaching the century club.
I was so tired after my full day at work yesterday, i woke up at 1pm and still tired and my body aches all over. Those 2 weeks of inactivity sure got to me. I did not pack any food when i went to work yesterday as they always have a few good protein choices and boy did i pay for it as they didn't have anything. I ate crappy all 12hrs and it was mostly carby, arggg and grazed. Back on track today.

Hey new_me180, sorry to hear you got off track while at work. It is so easy to do, especially if you do not pack some stuff just in case. Been there, done that. How is your knee doing? 12 hours of work must have been hard on it? I hope you are resting up, and good for you for getting back on track with your eating.
Thanks Z. Yeah it's hard when you don't go prepared. I mean off track big time, well, you live and learn. My knee held quit good. I was more tired from moving around after being inactive for the last two weeks. As for resting, i cannot sit still if my life depends on it. Just came from shopping, AGAIN ( i need to stop before i claim bankruptcy).
