I got my surgery date
On November 6, 2015 I am scheduled for a VSG at TWH. The date is subject to change because one of the surgeons doesn't do VSGs. So, there is a 25% chance it will change. In any case, I'm excited to finally be to this point. I admit, I was hoping for October. But I have a lot going on right now--so I think it's for the best that it worked out to be a month later.

Hey! -- I'm two weeks from tomorrow -- Sept 14, I've been waiting since December 2013... It's a crazy ride that's for sure. I started the Optifast yesterday, and it's something I've really had to psych myself up for. That's amazing that you have a date, I think the time will go by faster than you think!
