What are you eating/doing today (Thursday)

Afternoon all :)

Back at work today - still feeling slightly lousy but the antibiotics and puffers seem to be doing their job. Busy day thus far, avoiding the humidity outside at all costs, home for dinner and a (hopefully) early night!

9.5 years post-op

- coffee with cream x 3 over the day -

B - GNC Total Lean (chocolate)

S - muffin-tin crustless quiche

L - tiny bun with chicken breast, turkey, Swiss and lettuce. Not sure why I even bother putting it all on the stoopid little bun, it all falls out/over anyway and I end up tossing the bun.

S - I don't feel like eating anything. I brought a Source Greek and a handful of grapes.

D - clean out the fridge night - leftover pork tenderloin, chicken, stir fry veggies, and whatever else is in there!

Have a good one,

K. :)

Yes, thank you Karen. I even have a new wardrobe and all, lol. Tuesday is just orientation then the hard work begins. I think this will be great career move for me.

I think education is key to so many good things - job advancement or career choice/change of course, but there is true joy in learning. Or there is for me, anyway, which is probably why I keep taking courses. I complain about the work load and the assignments, but I secretly LOVE IT SO MUCH like a giant, nerdy homework geek.
