What are you eating/doing today (Tuesday)
Good morning everyone. Karen I hope you feel better soon. Cc enjoy your non squirting sausage :0) Still feel like I am getting a cold, taking extra vitamin c and d but I could be next to get it, lots going around with school starting up again. Last night I had a little cooking frenzy and made a huge greek salad and a stack of psyllium eggwhite wraps. Feels good to have those yummy foods ready to eat, and my house smells like cucumber and pancakes, mmm. Work and home today, walk to the park at lunch.

Have a nice lunch Barb. Didn't end up swimming yesterday. Went for a walk to deliver a contract. It was 4 km round trip. I also went for a walk last night including walking on soft sand which I hate. So I do not feel too bad about the swimming.
I made a soup last night to use up some vegetables. I included cabbage. My DH hates cooked cabbage. I think memories of his youth. So he is watching me and asks if I am going to put noodles in since it is chicken soup. I told him since it has cabbage and only he would want the noodles I will not be adding any. We decided he should taste it to see if he would eat it. He decided it was good but maybe I should add barley. He was not getting the point that I made this for me to be low calorie but still have protein. I will see if he actually eats any.
DH is cooking but thinks he will use up some pork roast we have. So that is what I have added. May have to change it

Morning all. Enjoy lunch with your friend Barb. Sorry to both Karen and Judy for the crappy cold. Get well soon. Hope everyone else is well.
Nothing much planned today besides going to have my passenger side view mirror replaced after some numbty decided to abruptly stop after noticing that he couldn't turn into a one way. Good thing i'm a good driver and usually don't panic and i avoided a nasty collision. At least he was apologetic and took full responsibility.
