The blue cheese/ buffalo sauce sausage is all done now. But unfortunately I also bought mozzarella and red pepper and I'm afraid it will have the same suggestive squirt, lol.

Good morning all. Had a ot of fun at Rama in Saturday. We went to see Jeff Foxworthy. I wasn't really looking forward to it. I had bought the tickets for my DH. But we both laughed so hard we were crying. I screwed up our reservation for the hotel. They got us another at the EconoLodge. What a dump. The room smelled. Our room was suppose to be none smoking but every other room was smoking so the smell was everywhere. I am still pretty congested from it.
I have work today and a really unpleasant client coming in. Swimming today. Then home for a lazy evening.

Back to the grind! I had a fun weekend with an old friend this past weekend and stayed on track, but I definitely didn't eat enough and my protein numbers were pretty low. I kept up with my water and vitamins though. Next time i will pack a little better.

Hi all, back after a few days hiatus! My food intake was horrible this weekend... Nothing off plan just definitely not enough protein. Managed to get all vitamins and water in though. I am truly beyond exhausted today but the wedding was perfect. Today is all about resting up and getting my body nourished properly.
