That is great news about your knee, you are on your way to Zumba-town!  O carbs is good, I have seen some sausages that have lots of filler, which adds lots of carbs at the same time, and less protein.  I will check them out next time I am at Food Basics.

The blue cheese/ buffalo sauce sausage is all done now.  But unfortunately I also bought mozzarella and red pepper and I'm afraid it will have the same suggestive squirt, lol.

Good morning all. Had a ot of fun at Rama in Saturday. We went to see Jeff Foxworthy. I wasn't really looking forward to it. I had bought the tickets for my DH. But we both laughed so hard we were crying. I screwed up our reservation for the hotel. They got us another at the EconoLodge. What a dump. The room smelled. Our room was suppose to be none smoking but every other room was smoking so the smell was everywhere. I am still pretty congested from it.

I have work today and a really unpleasant client coming in. Swimming today. Then home for a lazy evening.

Hi everyone, 

Back to the grind! I had a fun weekend with an old friend this past weekend and stayed on track, but I definitely didn't eat enough and my protein numbers were pretty low. I kept up with my water and vitamins though. Next time i will pack a little better.

Today: 2.5 months post op 

B GNC total lean chocolate mint shake 

S Decaf coffee with cream 

L 2 turkey pepperettes and a babybell and cucumber slices

D shrimp curry and peas 

S greek yogurt and Sf apricot jam

Hello everyone,

b- one hard boiled egg, mustard, coffee, 3 whole wheat crackers

s- one Premier chocolate protein shake

L- 50 gms roast chicken breast, mustard, 3 whole wheat crackers

s- 1/4 cup vanalia Source NF yogurt, 10'blueberries

S- 50 gms fake crab meat, 2 tbs of seafood sauce,  2 Melba toast

s- 1/2 cup watermelon

Hi all, back after a few days hiatus!  My food intake was horrible this weekend... Nothing off plan just definitely not enough protein.  Managed to get all vitamins and water in though.  I am truly beyond exhausted today but the wedding was perfect.  Today is all about resting up and getting my body nourished properly.  

11 weeks post op

B - black raspberry protein shake

S - cheese string

L - 1/2 cup kale salad; 1/2 can tuna mixed with some picked juice and a tbs mayo

S - source Greek yogurt

D - 4 oz chicken frilled with 1/2 green beans

all water and vits

gave a wonderful Monday
