Good morning. I am totally going to hit that bogo big time!  So glad it is Friday and I don't have to work this weekend.  Tomorrow I go wedding dress shopping with my baby sister, should be fun.  Finally hit the gym for cardio and weights and I feel so much more relaxed today.  Sometimes you just have to push yourself.

1 year post op

b - 1/2 gnc lean protein strawberry shake, decaf coffee

s - other half of shake, later...tiny Apple from gala my fathers Apple tree with 2 tbs almonds 

l - slice p28 with whipped pb and low sugar jam, 

s - cucumber slices with a cheese string, sf Mandarin source greek yogurt with s tbsp almonds

d - slice of toasted p28 bread with local tomatoes, mayo, margarine, salt and pepper

S - sliced local organic fresh tomato with salt and pepper

all water and vits, have a nice day!

We had someone come to one of the meetings at TWH. She said to remember how great you feel after a workout. Then went you are lagging and do not feel like going try to remember how it felt when you did go. This has gotten me out the door a few times.

It's so true, so many times I have not felt like going but once I am done working out I never regret going.

Good morning all. Great day for golf Barb not too hot.

I have not been exercising enough. And today will be no exception. I would go swimming but we have people who worked with us going back to school and we are having a lunch for them. Fortunately we are having it outside and those who wish can order pizza and people like me can bring their own food. Having said that I did not plan so grabbed a tuna kit. I had bought these for the Panam games in case the food there was not great. Turns out I only used a couple.

My DH wants to go out to dinner tonight mainly because he does not want to cook. He gets home before me and usually makes dinner. But I know he is really tired. I forgot to get out anything for dinner so I will try to pick up some ingredients for dinner. We are going away this weekend and will be eating out enough. So I have left dinner blank and will work on this.

Hi everyone, sounds like fun things are happening - weddings, wedding dress shopping trips, buskerfest, working out... It's nice to see. 

I'm working away, and then going out with DH and some friends this evening. I did a bit of shopping yesterday and am wearing a new smaller top today. Feels good. 

2.5 months post-op

B GNC Total Lean Shake (chocolate mint) 

S Decaf coffee with cinnamon and 2tbsp soy milk

L 35g Liverwurst on top of cucumber slices

S Turkey pepperette

D Not sure yet, possibly 2 turkey, swiss, avocado rollups

S Probably another decaf coffee with 2 tbsp soy milk

Morning all. Glad you're a bit bit better Tanya and hope you bounce back soon. Have a wonderful time at the wedding W.

I'm well and i will be returning to work tomorrow. Will just be doing Saturdays for now. Anyone else has trouble with heart burn this far out? I've noticed after my nausea from last week, i've had heartburn from hell especially at night. I've gone back to taking my "panto", hopefully it resolves soon. I even sleep with my head elevated as well.

22 months post op

B - 3oz smoked turkey leg, 1/4 cup cauliflower mash(didn't have this last night)

L - bacon and egg on 1/2 a croissant

S - homemade protein shake with 1/4 cup blackberries 

D - 3oz beef short ribs, 1/8 cup corn, 1/3 cup cabbage

S - i have leftovers amounting to 2oz of fish pork and turkey, lol. Will eat those

Totals: 945 cals, 47 carbs, 47 fat, 80 protein

LOL, yes thanks Z. I even forgot i broke a tooth. It was the one they did a root canal on a few months ago and it was a really quick fix, no numbing.
