What are you eating/doing today (Wednesday)
WAYY late on my update but figured better late than never. I went to the US for a few days and came back 2-3 lbs heavier. I struggled to find food. The few protein shakes that I packed were confiscated at the border, something about being over the 100ml limit for liquids. I did buy some strawberry premier protein while down there.. but it was really REALLY lumpy and not very good. No amount of shaking or stirring them would blend out the chunkyness. I'm sure I just had a bad batch, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. I could not find good yogurts down there and opted for a brand that was higher in sugars than I would like. They were also twice the size of the Source yogurts I use, so much of it was wasted. These are not good excuses for falling off the wagon, but I'm taking ownership of it and moving in the right direction today.

L: Southwestern salad with a few drops of bbq ranch dressing
S: Tea
D: Ham and steamed veggies
