65 minutes of running, holy smokes you are quite the athlete eh? Good stuff! Stayed on track food wise today, but my activity level is low. I have not been to the gym for almost 2 weeks which is not like me. I go for a 30 minute walk at lunch, not enough as my job is sedentary. Gotta get my butt in gear!  Your dog eats lettuce? my dogs sure won't!

The dog will eat lettuce as long as there some good stuff inside of it.  She would not eat it on its own. Try and make a effort to get to the gym. The days that I feel tired and real low are the days that I usually have the best work outs. It will help pick up your energy and also help you deal with some of the crap at work. Glad you stayed on track with your food
