Monday night check in on what did you eat today
I did a 40 minute work out today and was suppose to do a bike ride but I put it off.
B- banana 1/2 hour later 20 grams of protein drink with 1/4 cup of raspberries
no snack
L - 2 pieces of celery stick with peanut butter on them
after the work out 1 red plum
D 2 oz of ham 1/4 hash browns done up like scallop potato, few tablespoons of mixed veggies, a few bites of a thin slice tomato and one pickled beet
snack was a very thin sugar free strawberry rhubarb pie
Had that instead of a Birthday cake. I did not want a Birthday cake so a friend bought me a sugar free pie. Yes there were candles in it.

Do you know where you friend bought the pie? All the pies I see around here are nsa but with lots of other carby stuff added like fruit juice etc. I would love to find one that is sf.
Well I stayed on track yesterday, no cheats or nibbles, kept my carbs low, got in my calories. I forgot how much I enjoy almonds, not sure why I stopped eating them for a long time but they are back! My np recommended them as one way to increase my calories quickly while my appetite is low but cautioned about portion control. I already posted my menu in the waye topic so I will not repost that but I will say I am happy to have a day where I stayed on track and did not eat my feelings even once. Makes me feel good to do good things for my body.
My breakfast and lunch were as posted. We had chicken out then talked about going to the keg. That didn't happen either and I had egg and tuna salad with one piece of Melba.
