hi there.... a lot of you might not remember me because i haven't been here much in the last 5 years....I had RNY in Utica, NY on October 1, 2009 with Dr. Graber....  I just wanted to start checking in again because i am way out of control...and need to get back in the groove...

I will start with my stats.......starting weight 304 lbs, surgery weight, 294 i think....Lowest weight 174 for about a day... then for the longest time i fluctuated within 10 -15 lbs of the lowest.....Current weight is 230.  I have put on quite a bit of weight but not it all thank god...

What has changed in my life in the last year or so...........i am now a grandmother....Sofia Izabella will be 10 months on September 5th and she is the light of my life... we had kind of given up hope that this was going to happen as my daughter will be 38 in September ...but she got married October 19, 2013 ....went on her honeymoon in Feb2014 and i think that week they were away did the trick.....  whenever it was we are all so blessed to have Sofia in our lives.....

And another BIG change... after living in sin for 24+ years my partner Derek and I are Finally getting married on September 26th... so it has been a busy time since we only decided about 3 weeks or so ago....  so exciting for sure.....

I have to try to get in here at least once a week

Welcome back. It sounds like you've had an eventful 6 years since surgery - congratulations on the birth of your granddaughter and on your upcoming nuptials.

What is your plan to get back on track and lose the regain weight?

I'm not sure that checking in once per week is enough to get your head back in the game. If you would like some assistance with respect to nutrition, meal planning, etc., I'm happy to help.
