Thursday What did you eat today
No gym today. Thursdays I get my work out by walking to my clients. I walk about 2 hours in the day on Thursday traveling for my job.
b banana, 4 greek yogurts
snack 2 oz of cheese
lunch 2 celery sticks less than a teaspoon of peanut butter for both of the celery sticks.

s go slim 17 grams of protein
dinner half of homemade egg muffin with 1oz cheese and half of slice tomato on it
snack will be some mixed trail nuts. just a small handful

breakfast was Greek yogurt and protein salad
s turkey pepperette
lunch was toasted western with cheese but didn't eat the bread. Had a few French fries too
