Dumping!! Horrible

So I had my first dumping experince tonight and it was horrible !! I was eating too fast and boy I paid the price of it!! Lesson has been learned😞😞😞

so when I was eating, I felt I had this bad gas bubble and couldn't swallow and it kept building  and then just came back up... I can't even eat now my stomach is upset... I glad it wasn't dumping then , I really don't want live that hell... I have a headache now lol

Oh good lord, your description made me laugh. YEAH. I get it. No, that's not dumping , that's just eating too fast. It sucks, eh?

Well lesson learned!! Lol should I have a protein shake since I really didn't eat nothing??

i did the exact same thing today ugh was not a pleasant experience.  I still have issues with eating around people (man people eat so fast) I was in the lunch room at work and ate my lunch to fast and paid for it big time.  I ended up having to vomit and had massive naesea all afternoon kept vomitting.  I had to take some chewable gravol and lay down and wait for the pain to go away and the naesea to go away.  Damn all i kept vomitting was foamies 

oh no - so sorry that happened!  I had my own awful night after eating pureed chili.  I don't think my body was ready for beans.  I can laugh now but yeah, this morning was unpleasant. 

Can someone give me an idea of what dumping is like?  I keep imagining it's like having an IBS attack - if anyone else can relate to that.  Is it just wicked diarrhea?  Nothing like talking about poop before noon on a Friday. :)
