Hey There;

I'm no expert on that yet, but I did do some googling and found out they call them "Bat Wing Arms" and here is a link to a site the has some exercises that claim to firm them right up!

Let me know how you make out :)

We do indeed call them "bat wings". My son had a very sweet girlfriend who told me they were "angel wings".

I miss her.

LOL

Sorry to be the messenger of sad on this, but there is no amount of exercise that will get rid of loose, damaged skin. Arm exercises will tone your muscles under the skin, but the skin will still sag. Some are luckier than others and have more elasticity in their skin. I am not one of those lucky people. I have scrawny little arms and a wingspan that could take an eye out. ;)

I know they won't completely go away, specially when are over 50, but at least some will help..

haha

Ok, if you say so.  Not sure why you asked if you already had decided on the correct answer.

Plastic surgery is the only way to rid a body of sagging, damaged, stretched skin due to years of morbid obesity and subsequent large weight loss.

Yep I have them... However exercise is for toning and strengthening muscles  damaged stretched skin is not muscle and therefore no amount of exercise is going to help them not even minimize them in anyway.  Surgery is the only option. or tight sleeves (what is hidden beneath clothing is GORGEOUS!!)

My wollygoggles (batwings) weren't significant pre-surgery, but they were there.  I'd stop waving and they keep on waving.  lol  That said, I'm 2 weeks post-surgery and I've lost most of my wollygoggles.  And my boobs have shrank :/  Losing weight from the top down.

I have one word for you.

Cardigan.

I had never worn them before now, but with my batwings, personally I prefer to cover my arms, also always cold-really disliking air conditioning I must say...and they look fantastic. I have about 8, in a range of colours. Some cost $10 at Forever 21. 140 lbs down, enjoying fashion choices!
