Try really hard to get out of the office at lunch. There will always be something that will come up that will still be there when you get back from your walk. It is good for you mentally and physically to get outside at lunch. It will help with stress, get your exercise and Vitamin D in. You suffered through a horrible winter. Don't let any problem or person rob you of your summer breaks outside. This goes for you too Karen.

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
As I said, I think it's really easy to suggest that to someone or even to suggest that to ourselves. And then there is the reality of a highly demanding job that requires my attention and skills. I signed on for that willingly, apparently. LOL Thankfully, I don't feel robbed, but I can certainly understand how some people would.

Well dear I am on weight loss diet so I take only the homemade Green energy drinks in my breakfast. It is full of nutrients so I feel energetic for whole day long. Actually I add fruits too along wing green veggies in my drink!
