What are you eating/doing today? (Wednesday)
Good morning everyone. Slept like a rock last night. I took a Benadryl nighttime and it knocked me out, for all I know I may still be asleep while I'm typing this.
Today its swimming, yoga, gardening, dinner with a friend and an early night. We'll see how that plan works out, because when I get together with this friend we usually end up talking and laughing for hours.

Morning all and Happy Hump Day!
Really great discussion on this thread this week - I'm thoroughly enjoying such an honest and open dialogue. To Zizzler - have a GREAT day today, don't let anyone steal your awesomeness. To everyone else - morning sunshine!
Off to work for another fun-filled day, just home for dinner after work and an early night tonight. I mean it this time. lol I've been staying up too late and 5:00 comes damn early. I may make a run to GNC after work to pick up some shakes (thank you Zizzler for letting me know that they lowered their price per case) as I'm completely out of the banana ones and only have a couple of strawberry left. I do. however, have 1/2 a case of both chocolate and vanilla Premier so I guess I could just drink those. ;)
Anyway, eats for today:

So with you on the Keylime so good. My fav is Applepie. Unless we are talking some the American flavours which are beyond yummy and bigger servings. I could live on just Greek yogurt in the US.

Morning
Took a sleeping pill at midnight so I am late this morning. I am also heading to the cottage this morning with people in tow. Will golf and read and hopefully sleep as I am not taking anything to assist.
Tracy thanks for the laugh this morning....enjoy the return of your DH... and enjoy your 10 days of relaxation. Weather looks like it will be good once we get by today and tomorrow.
CC your menu looks great- love bunless burgers and souvlaki. Wendy your menu looks great too. I also like the taste and convenience of the Costco cranberry walnut chicken salad
Karen - agreed it has been a good conversation this week. I am sorry to leave for a few days. I will be able to read but not post. I would also like to add to our conversation this week that what I post is what I eat 80% of the time. I sometimes end up going out for dinner and change up the type of protein. Sometimes I add additional calories if I am hungry or up in the night. Insomnia is wreaking havoc on nighttime eating as I am hungry and eat to try and sleep. When you are that many days/weeks having difficulty sleeping you will do anything to get some ZZZ's.
STEPS - 6640
EATS
B - 2 large mugs of coffee
Premier protein shake
S - 2 ham and swiss roll ups
L - Panera Bread pick two - chicken noodle soup with 1/2 thai chicken salad - have all the calories in my stats but will likely not finish
S - 4 triscuits with 1 oz cheddar
glass of merlot
D - 4 oz pork tenderloin
asparagus - few spears
1 cup of kale salad
MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are: Calories - 1,611, Carbs - 87 Gram, Fat - 55 Grams, Protein - 145 Grams
These are perfect maintenance stats for me re calories. A little high on the protein however I usually only consume 120 or so most days. If I golf I usually add a few hundred calories for a snack on the golf course so my calories will go up to 1800. But 1600 is a good number for me and my level of activity. Lately I am consuming 1800 3-4 days and try to stick to 1200 for 3-4 to lose a few ounces per week. Its slow losing ,post a few years, so really get all your weight and then some off the first year to 18 months!
All water and vits
Have a great one
