Friday night check in on what you ate today
Today was a great day for me. I had the day off work. I don't take holidays so I take a day off here and there. I made today a me day. did an hour run with my trainer than a 40 minute class and topped it off with yoga. Good way to end my exercise day.
breakfast was one banana with one tablespoon of peanut butter
Snack after the run half of cliff bar oatmeal raisin walnut
before yoga the other half
after yoga 1/3 cup of trail mix
one peach
dinner 1/3 of a turkey burger with the works and 2 teaspoon of pasta salad
snack 1 cup of watermelon
Not a bad eating day, mostly lazy stuff as my energy is low, but managed to stay on track, hydrated, all my vits and protein in. I plan to make psyllium eggwhite wraps tomorrow, after seeing the therapist today I was so wiped out I just grabbed whatever.
b - strawberry gnc lean protein shake, sf pomegranate water
s - simply bar, coffee cocoa (really good, my new favourite)
l - simply bar, butterscotch banana
s - 1/3 bag pork rinds
d - low cal whipped topping on jello
s - 1/3 bag pork rinds, sf orange koolaid, 1/2 strawberry gnc shake with my vitamins
all water and vits
Thank you I hope so too :0). I will be taking it easy the next few days, healing up emotionally. My therapist was great, I should have seen her earlier, just put my health aside for my job, big mistake. Depression sucks but I am determined to get all the treatment I can and never give up. Energy and appetite is so low that I am relying on bars, shakes, etc. to get me through. I really should go to the gym, we will see if I can get my butt in gear later on.
Breakfast was Greek yogurt and protein cereal
turkey pepperette
lunch was meat sauce and a small number of penne noodles
dinner was at a golf course the theme was country and western night. It was a meat lovers dream! I had 3 bites of BBQ chicken, 3 bites of a beef rib, 1 bite of pork, 1 grilled shrimp, 1/2 wedge of potatoe and 1 cob of corn!
