Is this an OK choice once in a while?????

I realize processed food is NEVER the best choice !!!

Today was the first time I tried PROTINIS COMPLETE PROTEIN SNACK by MAPLE LEAF-NATURAL SELCTIONS.   I had the chicken/ milld salsa.  It was tasty enough.  65G(2.29oz) 90 Cal  Fat 2  Carb 3  Fibre 1  Sugar 1 and 15g of protein.   I would prefer to make my own fresh food, but I thought this was a decent choice for a night on the run.  I have only noticed it a few times on the "what are you eating/doing" thread.  So what is the verdict on this product?????  Do we give it a thumbs up  or thumbs down     ?????

I add them to the top of 1 cup of salad for an easy lunch.  I just find them convenient when I have been unable to go shopping, or do much cooking.  And my husband can find them easy enough in the grocery store.  He is not a great shopper, even though I write a very detailed list.

Low carb, low sugar, high protein... sounds like a quick solution.  I had used them pre-surgery to top a salad.  Thumb up as far as I know!

Thumbs up for an occasional protein meal. I prefer making things homemade, but there's nothing wrong with these in a pinch, just have to watch the sodium content in processed things.
